Bashar Barakah Jackson (July 20, 1999 - - February 19, 2000) known professionally in the form of Pop Smoke, was an American musician and rapper. Pop Smoke was signed by Victor Victor Worldwide and Republic Records. Pop Smoke gained acclaim as the Brooklyn drill producer by working alongside UK producers 808Melo Axl Beats & Yoz Beatz. Welcome to the Party was the single that he released from the mixtape he released as his debut Meet the Woo, which was released on July 1, 2019 in April 2019. In August, two remixes of the song Welcome to the Party featuring American rapper Nicki Minaj as well as British hip-hop artist Skepta came out. Pop Smoke debuted his first mixtape Meet the Woo in 2019. In April of 2019 Pop Smoke released his single Welcome to the Party, the breakout track. The song was later remixed twice, one with Nicki Minaj and the other with Skepta on August 19, 2019. The track was noted as having song was made using UK drill music that would later be seen on his complete discography. This was due to numerous collaborations that he had with British drill maker 808Melo. Mpr Flexin is another single which is widely known. After the great success with Welcome to the Party Welcome to the Party, his collaborations with famous artists for singles like War featuring Lil Tjay or 100k on the Coupe which featured Calboy. In December 2019, he teamed up on Gatti together with JackBoys and Travis Scott which is the final track from album JackBoys (2019) album of Travis Scott along with his Cactus Jack members.
