Annabelle Gurwitch

Annabelle Gurwitch was an American actor, comedian, and television host. Most recognizable for her work as hostess in Dinner and a Movie (TBS) and environmentalist known for her secular humanism and environmental concerns. Annabelle Gurwitch, a New York Times Best-Seller author as well as a an internationally acclaimed actor, was The New York Times's Top-Seller author of her memoirs: In the Place You Are They Are I See It was a long time ago that you tried to Say Tomato You Say Fired I Say Shut up and fired. Showtime Comedy Special. Gurwitch has served as a frequent host of TBS Dinner & a Movie. Her memorable television shows comprise Better Things Boston Legal Seinfeld Dexter Murphy Brown as well as hosting WA$TED which is a show about sustainability which airs on The Planet Green Network. The shows she has appeared on regularly are on PBS Newhour Real Time Bill Maher or NPR. In addition, she writes op eds which appear in the New York Times WSJ The Hollywood Reporter satires as well to The New Yorker & McSweeneys.
