Annabelle Gurwitch was an American actor, comedian, and television host. Most recognizable for her work as hostess in Dinner and a Movie (TBS) and environmentalist known for her secular humanism and environmental concerns. Annabelle Gurwitch, a New York Times Best-Seller author as well as a an internationally acclaimed actor, was The New York Times's Top-Seller author of her memoirs: In the Place You Are They Are I See It was a long time ago that you tried to Say Tomato You Say Fired I Say Shut up and fired. Showtime Comedy Special. Gurwitch has served as a frequent host of TBS Dinner & a Movie. Her memorable television shows comprise Better Things Boston Legal Seinfeld Dexter Murphy Brown as well as hosting WA$TED which is a show about sustainability which airs on The Planet Green Network.
